Hotel Accommodations

Don’t forget to make your reservation at the JW Marriott. A special room rate of $102 plus tax single/double occupancy per night (including breakfast) is available as long as rooms are available in the room block and reservations are made via the website. Even if you live in Tucson, you are welcome to come stay at the JW Marriott for some or all of the week. It’s a great place for a vacation, so bring the family.

The JW Marriott has many offerings for those who aren’t attending camp activities. While it will be warm (OK, hot) in Tucson in July, there are ways to keep cool. The Marriott’s golf course is open (we encourage early morning play) and they are offering our group a 10% discount off their summer pricing (based on availability). There are pools, the spa, and much, much more.

Travel

Tucson International Airport is the closest airport to the JW Marriott. We have made special arrangements with Ace Executive Transportation for transfers to and from the hotel and airport. The rate for a car (1-3 passengers) is $30 including gratuity one way. Vans for 4-10 passengers are $60 one way. You can contact Ace Executive by calling +1-520-591-3719. If you are coming with your family or with others, you may want to rent a car for added flexibility.
